Jenna Tan

Jenna has worked as a consultant to the non-profit, social enterprise and purpose-driven sectors for the last seven years. Her expertise are in strategy development and implementation.

Jenna has supported over 30 organisations to develop and implement ambitious, yet realistic social impact strategies. She has worked across the health, education and economic development sectors. Jenna holds specific expertise in designing models that can sustainably take innovations to scale. Most recently, she was a Managing Consultant at Spring Impact’s London office, a consultancy focused on scaling proven social impact solutions.

Jenna is a strong writer, having co-authored research reports and articles. Her management experience includes staff development, and improving processes in human resources and business development.

Jenna holds a Masters in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, and a Bachelors in International Relations from the London School of Economics. She has supported organisations across the UK, Europe, Africa, Latin America and India.
