We know how to build skills and structures to engage with conflict effectively and productively. We use methods that are proven to assist in tackling conflict and building harmony in community, workplace and project settings.

Community Works has responded to requests from organisations to assist them to understand and better manage conflicts in the workplace.

Action Research on Family Mediation

Relationships Australia NT invited Community Works to work with the organisation in a one-year action research project to address the question ‘what would it take to improve services for remote communities?
