Hyemi Jacka

Hyemi is a development and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) pracitioner who brings strong skills in faciliating community-led process throughout the life of development program and MEL with a strong focus on systems change. She also has over 14 years of experiences in community and stakeholder engagement; project team mentoring and coahcing; capacity buidling in local governance and community organisations; strategic planning; facilitating/delievering trainings and workshops to local development workforce; program design, implementation, and management. She is specialised in working in cross-cultural contexts and a firm advocate for contextualising and localising of any development related work, regardless it is an one-off community activity or a multi million dollar project framework.
