Andy has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture from the University of Melbourne. In addition, Andy has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, has completed a Facilitation Training Program with the Groupwork Institute of Australia and a graduate Certificate in Evaluation through the University of Melbourne.
