She is an anthropologist and philosopher, and has a Master&#8217;s Degree in Social Policy. Carolina has extensive field work experience, especially in the Amazon, and has coordinated several projects focused on education, cultural strengthening, and the development of economic alternatives for indigenous groups. Her research experience includes work as a consultant for the International Labor Organization (ILO), where she studied the obstacles indigenous communities face in accessing the labor market in Colombia.
